The Cook Book Part II

Cooking is an artform, one that most people do not recognize. It follows the same rules as any creation- attention to detail, balance, give and take, timing (both the physical and metaphysical), and even a bit of yourself, a piece of your soul. You will never get out of cooking what you do not put in. Cooking is a metaphor for my life; therefore, this is a chronicle of the recipes that make ME. This is only a taste, but do not eat lightly- this food may alter the course of your life.
